Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted for items purchased on the ClypX.com website or other affiliated websites on which ClypX® sells its product and within 30 days of delivery. ClypX® will not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party. All return items have to be in like new condition and in original package with all documentation and parts included.

You should expect to receive the full refund for your returned item(s) within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you made your purchase on this website, please visit our Returns Center where you can automatically obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and further return information.

Warranty replacements and customers that made their purchase on other ClypX affiliated websites should complete the Request Return form or contact a Customer Service representative at 888-713-2168, which is open from Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.

All returned items except an approved exchange or a warranty replacement must be shipped by freight prepaid.
